How long does delivery take?
Next day delivery in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Spain. 5-7 days in GCC countries and 10-15 days worldwide.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over 200 AED to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Spain. Orders under 200 AED: 30 AED. A flat rate of 100 AED applies to all other countries.

EXCHANGES
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened and in their original seal. Damaged or leaking items are replaced with the same product.
What if the new item costs less?
The difference is issued as a voucher for a future order. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.

Where does your oud come from?
We work with agarwood from Thailand, Cambodia, India and Sri Lanka.
How do I use oud?
Place a small piece on a ceramic burner and let it release its fragrance gently.
